Parent leaders - Sari Paloposki

Sari Paloposki - Lieto, Finland

Sari and her family live in Finland. They have four children - three daughters and a son. Their oldest daughter and youngest son are profoundly deaf. The family is bilingual using Finnish and Finnish Sign Language. 

Sari has a Master of Arts in German and Russian Languages and currently works at the Centre for Interpreting Services for the Disabled - a national unit of the Social Insurance Institution, KELA. Sari is the President of FEPEDA, the European Federation of Parents of Hearing Impaired Children.
